Cardio Workout of the day

Today i worked on jump rope cardio using interval training. 40 sec work and 20 sec rest for 10 rounds for a total of 10 minute workout. Research tells 10 minutes of jump rope is equal to running a mile. So hoping to increase my cardio speed with this one.
